Perform[cb] Custom Domains

Custom domains allow Perform[cb] affiliates to add their own purchased domain to the platform’s offers and point to our servers. Set-up in our platform is easy (despite the number of steps below), and only takes a few minutes before you can begin to reap the benefits of driving traffic to your very own custom domain. Let’s walk through the steps to get started: 

  1. Go to your preferred domain registrar and web hosting company – such as GoDaddy, Namecheap, or DOMAIN, and create an account if you don’t already have one
  2. Search for the domain that you would like to claim. Hint – this domain should be custom to fit your specific industry, preferred vertical, etc. 
  3. Once you’ve decided on the perfect domain, finalize payment so that you can secure your new domain name
  4. Open Perform[cb]’s proprietary platform
  5. Within the Partner UI, affiliates will see a new navigation tab for custom domains – click this, and then press “Add Domain”
  6. Enter your new custom domain and press submit
  7. Upon submitting, you will see a pop-up with the Host and four Name Servers listed – press the icon to the right of Name Servers, and select “Copy to clipboard”
  8. Next, click save and your custom domain status will be set to pending until you connect the four Name Servers to your preferred domain name system (DNS) provider
  9. Head back to GoDaddy, or your preferred DNS provider, and paste the four server configurations you had copied from the Partner UI into the DNS settings
  10. Perform[cb]’s platform will automatically approve the custom domain once the four server configurations have been connected to your DNS, updating your status to verified 
  11. Once your new custom domain is approved and verified, you are able to use this domain for any new offer links
  12. Simply search and find the offer you want to run, click create link, select link type, traffic type, and choose your new verified custom domain in the dropdown option. 
  13. And you are set – go drive that revenue!

Perform[cb] is excited to officially announce the launch of the Perform[cb]’s Partners mobile app. The app has been a long time coming, and we’re eager to unveil it. With the app, our Partners will now be able to harness the power of our patented technology, in the palm of their hands. 

Perform[cb] Partners

In order to accommodate the busy, on-the-go lifestyles of our affiliate partners, Perform[cb] is excited to release the Perform[cb] Partners app – available to both iOS and Android users. This app allows users to manage their business in real-time, automate and prioritize existing offers, launch new offers, chat live with their account manager, and more. With multiple new features exclusive to the app, our affiliate partners will be fully equipped to drive quality traffic and scale their business anytime, anywhere. Top Features

Affiliate partners will unlock many new, exclusive features available only within the app, as well as the platform’s features they know and trust. Let’s dive into what our affiliate partners can expect from Perform[cb] Partners. 

Dashboard

Upon logging into the Perform[cb] Partners app, users will have full visibility into their daily, weekly, and monthly traffic pacing data. These metrics are constantly being updated, so whether partners are in the office or at the beach, they’ll be able to check-in and manage their business in real-time. For those who just need a quick glance at performance, the app can be added to users’ home screens as a widget. 

As users scroll down the Dashboard, they’ll see their personal Optimization Score. This feature is new to the platform’s interface and provides affiliates a granular view into how their traffic is performing. Additionally, if a user’s Optimization Score is below 100%, they will be able to access feedback into how they can improve their offer success. 

Below the Optimization Score, users will see an Insights section. This section provides users with the most recent updates based on a variety of factors, including new offers available, offer approvals, offer pauses, and more. These updates will be shared with affiliate partners as push notifications as well, sent directly from the app in real-time. Our team knows that receiving multiple notifications can be a bit taxing, which is why our partners have the ability to customize their notifications and select only the Insights they’d prefer to receive alerts for.

Discovery

Under the “Discovery” tab, users will be able to search and access a multitude of offers, verticals, and traffic types. For partners looking to run new offers but not sure where to start, they will have the ability to search through different categories: Vertical, Traffic Type, Top Offers, New & Newsworthy, Recommended For You, Admin-Curated Offer Groups, and Perform[cb] Exclusives. 

New to the platform’s interface and only available in-app, our affiliate managers have the ability to create custom offer groups based on the best fit for a partner’s traffic and their past performance. The offer groups listed will continue to update as new recommendations become available.  

My Offers

All offers available to Perform[cb] affiliate partners will be listed in their My Offers tab. When clicking into a specific offer’s details, users will see a “bookmark” icon. This allows affiliates to “bookmark” or favorite an offer they’re interested in running in the future. Exclusive to the mobile app, affiliates will be able to house all “bookmarked” offers into their own personalized Offer Lists. 

Offer Groups

Similar to the Perform[cb]’s web user interface, users will be able to see a quick snapshot of all offers and traffic they’re currently running, along with suggested actions and optimizations to those offers. Each offer group will have its own unique Optimization Score, and affiliates will be able to view their data daily, weekly, and monthly. Users will also have the ability to edit their settings on a specific offer group, as well as add second-priority offers. 

Live Chat & Messaging

Affiliates are able to start a live chat with their account manager in the app. Integrated directly with Slack, our affiliates now have the ability to quickly chat in real-time should they have any important questions, such as more information on a new offer or help with a specific campaign. If users prefer to take more of a traditional approach, they will see their account manager’s contact information including phone number, email, and skype name listed at the bottom of the screen. Additionally, partners can access articles with helpful tips to answer quick questions that may come up regarding new platform features, how to get started with Perform[cb] Network, and more.

Affiliate Feedback

We are excited to hear positive affiliate feedback, as one partner mentioned the app was “extremely user-friendly and highly recommended.” Since beta testing with multiple longstanding affiliate partners prior to launch, our tech team is already optimizing new features based on this initial feedback. We’re eager to unveil the new dashboard and begin seeing the positive impact on our marketers’ campaign efficiency and performance.

At Perform[cb], creating the most innovative technology for our marketers and partners is a top priority. Named “Best Marketing Performance Management Solution” by the 2021 MarTech Breakthrough Awards, Perform[cb] continues to offer unmatched, customized features to drive our client’s campaign success. 

Streamlined Interface

Our team is thrilled to introduce a new look and feel to the Perform[cb] Marketer Dashboard with a complete refresh packed full of additional features and reporting widgets. While the dashboard has a new modern look, marketers can expect no change to their offer management. This refresh is meant to create effortless functionality, allowing more time for campaign monitoring and optimizations.

Upon logging into their account, users will see a brand new Activity Feed. This will give them the ability to contact their account manager, review the account balance, and view recent updates to their current offers. Additionally, marketers will now have the ability to update their offer and group budgets right on the dashboard. With immediate visibility into how campaigns are pacing, this is especially helpful for marketers running multiple offers who may need to update their budget frequently. 

As users continue through the dashboard, they’ll be introduced to a full view of the performance metrics. Available metrics include clicks, conversions, eCPA, CPC, impressions, cost today, cost month-to-date, and cost year-to-date. With the ability for customization, marketers can select which metrics they want to track and analyze on their dashboard. 

User-Friendly Navigation

When it comes to Perform[cb], user experience and ease-of-navigation are top priorities. With the revamped dashboard, marketers will also now have access to an expanded navigation. When users are logged into their account, they’ll see two icons in the top left navigation indicating “Manage” and “Grow”.

The Manage tab gives insight into all the marketer’s offers, with subcategories including My Offers, Budget Groups, and Pixel Groups. Additionally, marketers can update their billing information through the Manage tab. The Grow tab is a place for marketers to dive into their metrics and reporting. Under Reports, marketers will have the ability to analyze by offers, links, and partner IDs, easily making updates where needed. For example, marketers can update the offer payout, analyze budget groups, and analyze offers by status all within the Reports subcategory.  

Users will see additional reports available with a blue padlock icon. These reports, such as traffic types, clicks, conversions, and dynamic reports are only available through an upcoming new Perform[cb] expansion that will be available to marketers. Additional Analytics Reporting

To further optimize their current offers, marketers now have access to sort and view analytics by offer, link, and partner reports within the Grow navigation. With these additional reports, marketers will gain insight into traffic metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, cost, and more. This will help marketers understand which specific offers are converting best and where to optimize. 

Offer Reports

All of the marketer’s live offers are housed in the Offer Reports. These offer metrics are broken down by offer name, type, budget, status, global payout, impressions, clicks, conversions, CVR, ATR, eCPA, and cost – all of which is grouped by offer ID. Essentially, if a marketer is running three offers today, they would see three rows with each of the offers analytics, as seen below.

Additionally, marketers will have the option to analyze specific offers by day, offer links, and partners. With the launch of our Perform[cb] expansion, marketers will also have the opportunity to sort by traffic type and geo. 

Link Reports give marketers insights into which of their campaign links are performing best, with metrics broken down by link ID. Links are created by the affiliate partner and typically can contain one or more offers. For example, one link may be connected to multiple offers for the marketer. 

These reports can be a great resource for marketers to gain valuable insights into their affiliate partners who are conducting A/B testing frequently. For example, many affiliate partners utilize Perform[cb]’s Weighted Distribution feature for simplified A/B testing, using one link to test several offers at once. 

Partner Reports

Partner Reports provide marketers with a comprehensive view of individual partner performance. Report metrics include impressions, clicks, conversions, CVR, ATR, CPC, eCPA, and cost. The reports will only show marketers the data, but will not disclose individual affiliate information. In order to view individual partner data, marketers will need to access the upcoming Perform[cb] marketer expansion.
