Our award-winning affiliate management agency has a new leadership team, promoted internally to successfully lead the way for both our clients and team members. Over the coming weeks, we’ll share a glimpse into their day-to-day lives and why they’re excited about their transitions and new roles, kicking it off this week with former VP of Agency Sales and recently promoted to Managing Director and EVP of Agency, Craig McGlynn.

When did you join Perform[cb]? Were there any key factors that influenced your decision to join our team? Did you have prior experience working with an affiliate agency, or was this your first step into the industry?

I joined Perform[cb] October of 2021. I’ve been in the industry for years having led teams at Amazon Associates and Viglink (now Sovrn), but in my most recent role I worked for a competitor of Perform[cb] Agency and noticed that I was bumping up against them in virtually every new business conversation. That intrigued me, and the more I investigated, the more I liked Perform[cb]’s culture and capabilities. So when an opportunity to join and lead the sales team opened up, I jumped at it!

How has Perform[cb] helped nurture your career development thus far?

I have many mentors within the organization, as well as the wider private equity ownership network, which has helped me to vault my career and skills to new heights. After 10+ years in the industry, I am thankful for all of the people I’ve met along the way.

Who has been the most influential person within the organization for you?

Our CEO, Erin Cigich – who is also my boss – is an absolute badass. Her management style, support, and guidance are a perfect fit for me, and she pushes me to always bring my best foot forward.

What do you enjoy most about Perform[cb]’s company culture?

Without question, the entire Perform[cb] team are the nicest people I have ever worked with. They are also incredibly smart and competent – I feel challenged daily.

What is your favorite part of your new role?

I think it’s a tie between talking to clients, and working with our amazing team. I really enjoy affiliate marketing and after starting in the industry on the Amazon associates team, I have stayed in it for over a decade. I am enthralled with helping companies learn how they can use the channel to acquire new customers.

If you could give your teenage or childhood self a piece of advice, what would it be? Why?

Aside from buying tech stocks and bitcoin early? Honestly, I have been really blessed and I’m happy where I am, so I guess, “Enjoy the ride.”

Can you share a fun fact about yourself?

I love remote work. Back in 2018, I packed up my family and moved to the Caribbean and lived on the beach for over a year. My soul thanks me every day for that experience.

We strive to foster a culture that inspires our employees to connect, work hard, and think bigger. Interested in joining a team of like-minded individuals in a supportive and exciting work community? Check out our current openings and join us if you think Perform[cb] would be a good fit for you!

How Perform[cb] Fosters Employee Engagement with Kazoo Across Remote Team https://www.performcb.com/content-hub/performcb-fosters-remote-team-engagement-kazoo/ Wed, 29 Jun 2022 15:13:55 +0000 https://www.performcb.com/?p=32199 Perform[cb]’s Vibe Manager, Ryan Hill, recently spoke on a webinar with Kazoo to share how our team cultivates and boosts employee engagement.

The post How Perform[cb] Fosters Employee Engagement with Kazoo Across Remote Team appeared first on Perform[cb].

]]>
In a remote workforce, fostering a sense of engagement and community across the team should always be top of mind. At Perform[cb], making sure our colleagues feel connected, encouraged, and rewarded is something about which we feel very passionate. Since transitioning from three office locations in 2020 to a fully remote global workforce with over 130 team members, we have been using Kazoo, an employee rewards and recognition platform to help keep our team connected and feel appreciated.

Kazoo is designed to give team members the ability to share words of encouragement and gratitude with one another, thus granting “points” that can then be redeemed for real prizes such as gift cards, team lunches, and a long list of the hottest products. While in most organizations appreciation is funneled down from management or siloed within teams, Kazoo allows our team to give peer-to-peer, cross-organizational shout-outs for anything from a job well done on a business task, to achieving a personal milestone, or simply for being a smiling face on a video call.

Perform[cb]’s Vibe Manager, Ryan Hill, was recently invited to present in a Kazoo webinar focused around cultivating and boosting employee engagement. Ryan shared with the audience how he has integrated kazoo into our team’s day-to-day workflow, and just how important it is to keep the platform engaging. “Garnering a sense of community with team members working across the world is so crucial to a successful company culture. Kazoo has given us just that – the opportunity to stay connected while also sending recognition and appreciation cross-team,” says Ryan Hill, Vibe Manager. “It was such a great experience getting to speak on Kazoo’s Boosting Engagement webinar, and I hope our PCB initiatives drive inspiration to other businesses out there looking to replicate this sense of culture in a digital environment.”

Perform[cb]’s 2021 Year in Review https://www.performcb.com/content-hub/performcb-2021-year-in-review/ Mon, 03 Jan 2022 14:25:41 +0000 https://www.performcb.com/?p=29873 Perform[cb] takes a look back to reflect on all of the awesome milestones that have been accomplished across the team and industry in 2021.

The post Perform[cb]’s 2021 Year in Review appeared first on Perform[cb].

]]>
We can’t believe that the year is almost over! Things have looked different in an almost post-pandemic world, but despite changes, obstacles, and challenges, 2021 has been a special year for Perform[cb]. From learning how to stay present virtually to introducing exciting new company innovations, our team always enjoys reflecting on the year’s wins before diving into a new chapter.

Thank You for Making us #1

The Perform[cb] team started 2021 by being voted #1 CPA Network Worldwide in mThink’s Blue Book Survey for the fifth consecutive year in a row. As amazing as this is, we are fully aware that we could not have achieved this milestone without our loyal clients, marketers, and partners!

Adweek Elevate: Performance Marketing Summit

Our very own CEO, Erin Cigich, delivered a keynote presentation at Adweek’s virtual Performance Marketing event. Erin’s presentation highlighted a variety of trends within the performance channel, in addition to the guaranteed ROI marketers can achieve when working with performance partners. During the event, Adweek recognized their inaugural Performance Marketing Awards winners. Our team was excited to have been awarded Campaign of the Year, Emerging Technology for our proprietary tracking platform, in partnership with QuoteWizard. Learn more about this accomplishment in our press release

Think Bigger… But Make it Virtual!

This year, we hosted a week-long Think Bigger event where our team came together virtually to learn and grow. The theme for the week was “Launch Your Arrow,” with a focus on giving our all to the year ahead, inspired by a famous quote from Paulo Coelho. “An arrow can only be shot by pulling it backward. So when life is dragging you back, it means that it’s going to launch you into something great.”

Throughout the week, our team participated in team-building activities as well as strategy sessions to help set us up for a productive year. Each department was able to break out into groups to spend time looking at their individual and collective goals. We also learned together as a company, hearing insights from our leadership team about our previous year’s successes and lessons learned, departmental accomplishments, and a preview of the technology features we were going to be releasing in 2021. Our team had the opportunity to hear and learn from inspirational keynote speakers – Victoria Arlen and Dr. Katia Campbell. To bond over the week, we had opportunities to participate in a virtual cocktail-making class, trivia, a yoga class, and a psychic experience. It was rewarding to be able to come together virtually to learn and plan for the year ahead as a team.

While taking Think Bigger virtual this past year was fun, we can’t wait to see our team members together in person at Think Bigger 2022 in early February!

Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion

In response to the events of 2020 and the passion our team feels for creating a better world for all, 2021 also brought the creation of our Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Taskforce. The DE&I Employee Taskforce has developed and implemented company-wide programming including events, education, and fundraisers. Through the taskforce interplay, the team has been able to stretch the idea of education and inclusion as a whole, exploring specifics through personal experience and background, instead of generalizations.

From March 8th-12th, we celebrated our inaugural Diversity Week. The theme for the week was based on the acronym P.O.W.E.R: perspective, opportunity, workplace, educate, and re-imagine the future. Our week started with a team discussion led by Josette “Jo” Ciceron, a social justice advocate and activist. She guided the conversation around topics such as personal bias, stereotypes, and getting comfortable with being uncomfortable. To help celebrate Diversity Week together, virtually, our team created a t-shirt to wear on the last day of the week. Through this t-shirt campaign, we were able to make a donation to Black & Brown Founders. This organization provides community, education, and access to Black and Latinx entrepreneurs, giving them the knowledge and assistance to launch and build tech businesses with modest resources.

Next Phase of a New Partnership

What better testament to the hard work and passion our team of industry veterans has poured into the business than to have been acquired? In May of 2021, we were able to announce that Perform[cb] had been acquired by Beringer Capital, a leading North American private equity fund specializing in the rapidly evolving media, marketing services, commerce, data, and technology sectors. In the first six months, this partnership has already allowed our team to bring further innovation and continuous momentum to the industry – we can’t wait to see what we can do together in 2022! To read the full press release, click here. For more details, check out the interview our CEO, Erin Cigich, did with mThink earlier this year.

Best Place to Work

Perform[cb] was voted the #1 Best Place to Work in Sarasota-Manatee by the Sarasota Herald-Tribune. Why are we so excited about this award? Unlike the other local Best Places to Work awards, the Herald-Tribune is 100% employee survey-based, and they surveyed ALL of our domestic employees, regardless of whether they live in Sarasota or not. With more than 64% of our domestic-based team now located outside of the area, we feel that this really means that we’re just a Best Place to Work “anywhere”.

Technology & Innovation

Affiliate Management at Your Fingertips – Perform[cb] Partners

This year, we launched Perform[cb]’s mobile app for affiliate partners, Perform[cb] Partners. Available on iOS and Android, this brand new app allows users to access our patented technology from their mobile devices. This means that users can manage their business in real-time, automating and prioritizing existing offers, launching new offers, chatting live with their account manager, and more while on the go. The app mirrors the functionality of our desktop app with a dashboard that houses a personalized Optimization Score, feedback on how to improve their offer success, and an insights section. We love to surprise and delight our partners, so the app is also chock full of exclusive features like the ability to “bookmark” offers that they are interested in running in the future. Partners can chat directly with their account manager in the Perform[cb] Partners app which is integrated directly with Slack. And if that isn’t enough, notifications can be customized so that alerts are sent only for the information that matters most.

Prioritizing Marketer User Experience

Marketers need not fret, we also worked some of our tech magic for you in 2021 with our reimagined Marketer Dashboard in Perform[cb]’s platform. The platform got a refresh making it more efficient and customizable for streamlined campaign optimization. Upon logging into their account, users will see a brand new Activity Feed that gives them the ability to contact their account manager, review their account balance, and view recent updates to their current offers. With the addition of new analytics reporting, marketers can quickly get their eyes on reports for offers, links, and partners to gain further insight into traffic metrics and ultimately enhance optimization.

Marketers, if your Account Manager has been doing the heavy lifting for you, it’s worth it to log in and take a spin through yourself to see these new innovations. Especially since, spoiler alert, we have some big plans for 2022 that will turn our platform into the ultimate tracking platform for ALL of your offers, regardless of where you run them (but of course, we think you should be running them all with us).

Staying Connected Across the World

Soon after the pandemic began in 2020, we made the decision that Perform[cb] would continue to be a flexible workplace with the option to work from anywhere including our Sarasota HQ, even after the pandemic ends (if it ever ends). This means that in 2021 we went from just 5 remote employees to 136, but this hasn’t stopped us from staying connected! To keep in touch, we had many opportunities to participate in various events virtually and (safely) in person. In 2021, we hosted a virtual drag queen bingo and virtual escape rooms. The teams in Denver, Sarasota, and Bosnia also met up in person for park hangs, in-office breakfasts, and rooftop happy hours.

Holiday Cheer

To kick off the holiday season, boxes filled with sugar cookies, icing, and sprinkles were sent to each team member for a virtual cookie decorating contest. The team decorated their cookies to compete for five different titles including Most Creative, Minimalist, and Most Festive. Each winner was awarded a $100 e-gift to a site of their choice. How’s that for kicking off the holiday shopping season?

Holiday Wheel of Gifts

In December, Perform[cb] has a reputation for really going over the top for our team members. In past years we’ve had advent countdowns in our offices complete with fantastic gifts, festive treats, and tunes. This year was a bit different given we’re more geographically spread out than ever, but that didn’t stop us from treating our team to some festivities. We introduced the Holiday Wheel of Gifts through virtual raffle parties. Each employee was entered to win a variety of themed gift packages including travel, home renovation, and personal makeover. At the raffle, the team got to spin the virtual wheel of names and had fun watching each other win amazing prizes!

Holiday Parties

Our team members in Denver and Sarasota were able to safely have in-person holiday gatherings this year. We joined together to celebrate all of our accomplishments, eat delicious food (including mashed potatoes in martini glasses), and bond as a team before the new year.

Giving Back

Guardian Ad Litem

In past years we partnered with the local Guardian Ad Litem group, but this year we were excited to expand this opportunity to our entire US-based team! Guardian Ad Litem provided the names and wish lists for 60 children, and we were given a budget to spend per child. Broken into teams of 3-4, our folks happily shopped to check things off the lists. Nothing makes us happier than to know that we were able to help make the holiday wishes come true for these kiddos. Read more about the GAL Holiday Gifting event.

Girls Inc.

Another favorite organization of ours is Girls Inc. As a woman-led tech company with 52% of our staff being female, we love to support the women of Girls Inc. as they discover their individual and unique strengths. Once again, Perform[cb] partnered with Girls Inc. this November to help shop for holiday gifts (we really do like shopping for children). The team paired up at a local Target to shop from wishlists collected by Girls Inc. and had a blast making their holiday dreams come true.

Donuts for Doctors

We’ve been in a pandemic now for almost two years – hard to believe, we know! Our healthcare workers are exhausted, yet they never cease taking care of those of us in need. Some of our extended Perform[cb] family members are on the front lines, and we owe a debt of gratitude to them. We decided to show this gratitude by partnering with United Way and local favorite Five-O Donuts to surprise the staff of Sarasota Memorial Hospital with delicious donuts and coffee this fall. We hope that our small treat added a little sweetness (and caffeine, let’s be honest about it) to their day!

Helping the Homeless and Supporting our Team

Always looking for more ways to embrace team members who are dealing with life’s challenges (who isn’t?) and to make our community a better place, we had additional initiatives that warmed our hearts. Perform[cb] matched donations made to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation during Pulmonary Fibrosis Awareness Month in honor of a team member’s mother who had passed away earlier in the year. We also partnered with Hippy Feet, an organization that provides employment to homeless youth by manufacturing and selling super-cool socks, including custom designs like our Perform[cb] themed sock – a pair of which was purchased by Perform[cb] and sent to every team member’s home.

Launching Forward into 2022

Wow – that was a lot! We’re pretty exhausted having recapped just a selection of the triumphs, challenges, and opportunities that 2021 presented for the Perform[cb] team. But, we’re even more excited to launch our arrows into 2022 and can’t wait to see what the year brings for our team, marketers, partners, and clients. Stay tuned for more platform feature launches, the tracking solution we hinted at above, our first in-person Think Bigger since 2020, and more giving back to our communities. To keep up with what we’re doing in 2022, subscribe to our newsletter. Launch those arrows, y’all!

Learn how our entire team was able to give back this holiday season.

The post 12th Anniversary of Guardian Ad Litem Holiday Gifting Event appeared first on Perform[cb].

]]>
For the past 12 years, the Perform[cb] team has had the opportunity to sponsor a child’s holiday wishlist for each one of its Sarasota employees in collaboration with Guardian Ad Litem (GAL). Traditionally, the local Sarasota team would meet together to shop for gifts that the GAL children requested. The team would then come back to our Sarasota headquarters to wrap all of the presents and celebrate the holiday season.

With the transition to a fully remote work environment, we decided to take a new virtual approach to the beloved GAL Holiday Gifting event in order to include the entire Perform[cb] team.

Virtual Guardian Ad Litem Gifting

“Year after year, our team has always looked forward to the Guardian Ad Litem holiday gifting event. Being able to give back to children in need across the local Sarasota community is something we feel very strongly about,” said Vibe Manager, Ryan Hill. “Since we are all working from home now, it was important to find a way to continue the tradition across the whole team.”

Perform[cb]’s Vibe Manager, Ryan Hill, worked together with the GAL representatives to gather a list of over 60 childrens’ ages, sizes, favorite activities, and desired gifts, as well as their corresponding GAL volunteers. Each child is paired with a volunteer at Sarasota GAL, who will help wrap the gifts and distribute the gifts. Perform[cb] team members were split into groups of four to five people and given a gifting budget, each paired with two childrens’ wishlists. Employees scheduled time to meet with their groups via Zoom to shop online together, picking out the best items for the children based on their provided wishlists. These gifts were then shipped directly to the child’s GAL volunteer, who then coordinated delivery just in time for the holidays.

“Every child wants to feel special during the holidays and that can be a challenge for children in foster care,” said Toni Latortue, Guardian Ad Litem Program Director for the 12th Circuit, “Perform[cb] has been an integral part in making sure these children are not forgotten during the holidays.”

guardian ad litem virtual gifting

Having the opportunity to make holiday dreams a little more real for over 60 children is something that the Perform[cb] team will continue to look forward to every year, even in a remote work environment.

Cheers to the Season of Giving Back

The GAL Holiday Gifting event is always a great reminder of what the holiday season is truly about – giving. Our team looks forward to partaking in this event every year, and we cannot wait to continue the tradition virtually across the entire team. Market Research Coordinator, Kaelyn Keane, works on painting a study room for the students of the after-school program.

Our company motto of “Think Bigger” doesn’t just apply to our business – it applies to everything we do, including Clickbooth in the community and our commitment to local philanthropic groups. We support, donate to, and volunteer with a number of local organizations, including United Way Suncoast

United Way (UW) was created in Denver, Colorado, – incidentally where Clickbooth’s companies Adperio and Ignite reside – in 1887. The founders wanted to create a non-profit that could include and unify many other organizations and, in the process, strengthen one another. 37 years later, the Tampa Bay chapter was created and has now expanded into 5 counties: Hillsboro, Pinellas, Manatee, Sarasota, and DeSoto.

The Premier Partnership for the Premier CPA Network

Director of Human Resources, Terry Vajgrt, tackles the highest portion of painting in the clubhouse.

Last week, volunteers from United Way and Clickbooth came together to help paint and transform a community clubhouse into a vibrant after-school program for children in the community. The program will be named the Earl and Mary Watts After School Program, honoring the two Newtown community leaders who were sadly killed in 2002. Naming the program after them is a nod to their personal commitment to giving back and their unwavering dedication to their community.

The after-school program is sponsored by United Way Suncoast in partnership with Better Tomorrows, Michaels Organization, and University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee, whose students majoring in Education will be given the opportunity to work one on one with the children participating in the program. They will be helping the students with a variety of services including homework facilitation, reading achievement, IReady completion, social, emotional, and character education lessons, study skills reinforcement, and other fun activities.

Vibe Manager, Ryan Hill, delicately touches up a wall.

Thrilled to have the opportunity to participate in creating a fun, welcoming environment for the students, 9 of Clickbooth’s employees enthusiastically donned painting clothes, grabbed some brushes, and set to work.

“Everyone at United Way Suncoast was so grateful and thrilled to have nine volunteers from Clickbooth to help us paint the space at the Janie’s Garden Clubhouse in preparation for the opening of the Earl and Mary Watts After School Program,” said Sharon Noel, Corporate Relationship Manager at United Way Suncoast in Sarasota.

Clickbooth has worked closely with United Way over the last year, and was one of the first companies in the area to partner with United Way and Salesforce on their new Salesforce Philanthropy Cloud (think Facebook, except more philanthropy and fewer debates). Additionally, Clickbooth recently participated in a recent UW school drive for student and teacher supplies.

VP of Product, Julie Martin (L), and Corporate Recruiting Manager, Stefanie Brady (R), worked hard to create a fun space for the students to study and do homework.

Clickbooth Gives Back

The values and mission of United Way align well with the culture and values of Clickbooth, creating a synergistic partnership that allows Clickbooth and its employees to give back to the community. Assisting with the painting of Janie’s clubhouse was an incredible opportunity for United Way and Clickbooth to come together and help create something that will positively impact the community for years to come.

“Change cannot happen alone,” said Noel, “Thanks to Clickbooth, and their rapid response to our request for volunteers, we are on our way to making this high quality after school program available to 1st thru 6th graders living in Janie’s Garden Apartments. I can’t wait to see the look on their faces!”

Employees at Clickbooth work hard to provide exceptional experiences to our clients, earning our leader-status in the digital advertising field. From offering mobile acquisition to tracking software, we have a lot to offer partners in the Performance Marketing Industry. Clickbooth has been recognized as the #1 CPA Network Worldwide for three consecutive years, as well as a Tampa Bay Business Journal “Best Place” to work for 9 straight years we attribute that to the culture at Clickbooth.

Unbeatable Benefits

Office Vibe Manager, Ryan Hill, Poses with Hurricane Kit Raffle Items

Clickbooth offers numerous benefits for our employees, including 401k plans with 4% company matching and 9 major paid holidays per year. One of our most popular benefits is flexible scheduling. Clickbooth understands that everyone has something different going on on a day to day basis; flexible scheduling allows employees to work, but also make time for necessities in day to day life. For our numerous parents in the office, this gives leeway to work around a child’s hectic schedule. Clickbooth also offers paid parental leave for all of our new moms and dads in the office.

Our Personal Vibe Manager

We love having our main office in sunny Sarasota, but with the sunshine comes the annual Hurricane season (June 1st- November 30th). Last week, a Hurricane prep party was put together by our very own Office Vibe Manager. Our employees enjoyed hurricane-themed snacks and beverages with The Scorpions’ “Rock You Like A Hurricane” playing on repeat in the background.

However, this party was not all fun and games – an informational PowerPoint was given on what to do in the case of a hurricane, and the emergency plan for both the office and families. The afternoon ended with raffles for hurricane kits including water jugs, emergency food supplies, first aid kits, and crank radios.

Exceptional Philanthropy

Clickbooth’s Annual “Think Bigger” Conference Brings Together Our Employees from Around the World

When we’re not working, we love giving back to the community that helps us thrive and grow. We have volunteer opportunities with organizations like Bridge a Life, Guardian Ad Litem, and Mothers Helping Mothers. Clickbooth recently attended the annual luncheon for the Sarasota chapter of Girls Inc., an incredible organization inspiring young girls and women to be strong, smart, and bold.

Clickbooth values respect among employees, driving inclusion and a welcoming environment for all. Unique in the tech industry, we have strong female leadership and a predominantly female office. But we aren’t just an office, we are a tight-knit family. Family supports one another during lows and celebrate together during highs.

We are always looking to expand our family – click here to see the opportunities that we have.

This past week, the Clickbooth team had the exciting opportunity to attend the annual luncheon for the Sarasota chapter of Girls Inc. This incredible organization was founded in 1864 with the original intent of helping women and girls overcome adversity in the aftermath of the Civil War. Since then, they have expanded in mission and reach, but their core values have remained the same: to help support, educate, and mentor girls to be strong, smart, and bold.

Each year, Girls Inc. hosts a luncheon to showcase the girls’ achievements, thank donors, give out awards, and to raise donations for the coming year. This year, the theme of the luncheon was “Captain of Her Ship,” reinforcing the message that these girls are in control of their lives and futures.

Clickbooth, a long time advocate of Girls Inc and sponsor of their community programs, was thrilled to sponsor a table at the luncheon for the second year in a row. With a predominantly female employee demographic and a female CEO – a rarity in the tech industry – Clickbooth is unique in its support of women and girls. The team at Clickbooth is honored to have the opportunity to give back to such a wonderful organization.

“The best indicator of a successful nonprofit network is success at the local level. Girls Inc. of Sarasota County meets and exceeds that level of success at every outcome measurement. Girls Inc. of Sarasota proves that local affiliates are able to leverage their relationships with community partners to deliver maximum impact to girls who need support most.”

– Judy Vredenburgh, National Girls Inc. President and CEO

The luncheon was an inspiring and emotional event that exemplified the success and impact that Girls Inc. has had in Sarasota. From heartfelt speeches from current students to the all-girls choir performance, the luncheon was a great opportunity for the community to better understand just how much the organization is improving the lives of girls in Sarasota.

Each year, the University of Florida’s College of Journalism and Communications hosts an event to promote discussion of women in leadership. The conference, Becoming a Woman of Influence, features a panel of powerful female alumni of the college. Throughout the conference, the women answer questions from students, facilitate break-out sessions on their area of expertise, work one on one with the students to develop their leadership skills, and mentor them in building successful careers.

This year, Clickbooth’s CEO, Erin Cigich, was invited to participate in this panel of eminent women. Joining her were Karen Irwin, President and Chief Operating Officer of Universal Studios Hollywood and Annelie Schmittel, Vice President of Player Development for the Philadelphia 76ers. With over 120 female students of the University of Florida in attendance, all three women on the panel fielded questions regarding being a female leader in advertising, journalism, and communications.

The three industries the panel represented – tech, entertainment, and sports – are all historically male-dominated in managerial roles. As leaders and industries become more diverse, women are gaining equality in C-Suite levels of organizations. The experiences these women have in gaining power, overcoming the glass ceiling, and being minorities in their fields offers a unique perspective and opportunity for mentorship of the women who will soon be graduating.

Cigich hosted break-out sessions revolving around digital advertising, allowing her to work directly with the students and speak on her experience as a woman in this field. Some of the main topics of conversation included speaking up for yourself, never being afraid to say what you think, learning how to negotiate, and, most importantly, leveraging your own value.

“No matter what role you’re in or what company you’re running, everyone has similar challenges,” says Cigich. “The key is learning how to sell yourself, learning what your value is, and never being afraid to voice your opinion.”

Community involvement is a core value of the Clickbooth team, so for April – National Volunteer Month – the CB family partnered with United Way Suncoast to spend a day with the Easter Seals Southwest Florida. From helping out in the classrooms to mulching the grounds, laying pavers, and working in the on-site garden, it was a busy and rewarding day. The Easter Seals Southwest Florida was originally created in 1946 to serve children in Sarasota, FL impacted by the polio epidemic.

Since then, they have expanded in service and reach, offering programs for both typically developing and differently-abled children, as well as vocational programs for young adults, life skills development, and much more. This incredible organization has a dedicated staff who work tirelessly to improve the lives of persons with disabilities and their families.

The Clickbooth team was honored to spend a day working with the staff and students, helping out in any way we could. As an ever-expanding organization, the Easter Seals are always in need of extra helping hands. Check out the photos of Clickbooth in the community below!

As “Pinktober” winds to an end, the Clickbooth family joined to celebrate Breast Cancer Awareness Month with a day filled with pink and a donation to the National Breast Cancer Foundation.

Our team came together to support from Denver to Chicago, from Texas to Ohio, all the way to Bosnia and Israel, as well as right here in our Sarasota, Florida headquarters. Dressed in our best, from fuchsia to flamingo, the team supported a more-than-worthy cause for a disease that has touched so many.

Our Denver office supported the fight against breast cancer in every shade of pink

With one out of eight women being diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime, breast cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer in women. And with statistics, this staggering, many of us on the Clickbooth team have been touched by breast cancer in one way or another.

While researchers still search tirelessly for a cure, the awareness Pinktober has brought to the early detection of breast cancer is undeniable. You’d be hard-pressed to find a woman who doesn’t know about breast cancer screening, with mammography centers across the country seeing a spike in women requesting appointments throughout October during breast cancer awareness month.

With the confidence that a cure will be found, the Clickbooth team has donated to the National Breast Cancer Foundation to support the powerful women, and men, fighting against the disease, and for a cure. We stand behind NBCF with the utmost confidence and hope for a world without breast cancer.
